YW Architects 1. Acceptance
These terms apply to the “YW Architects” mobile app, published by YW Architects. By signing in to or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Who can use the app
Only YW Architects employees and clients with an account issued by us may use the app, and you must be 18 or older.
3. Your account
- Keep your password secret and do not share your log-in with anyone.
- Tell us straight away at support@ywarchitects.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend or disable an account to protect the app, our clients or our data, or if these terms are broken.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- upload unlawful, harmful or infringing files;
- try to access another client's or user's information;
- copy, reverse-engineer or modify the app;
- use automated tools to scrape data from the app;
- use the app in any way that breaks the law.
5. Content and ownership
Drawings, designs, renderings and other project content belong to YW Architects or to the client, as set out in the relevant project contract. When you upload a file or photo, you give us the right to store it and show it to the people working on that project.
6. Invoices and payments
The app shows invoices and payment status for your information. The official invoice or GST tax invoice issued by us is the legal record. Payments are not processed inside the app.
7. Availability
We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. It may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, YW Architects is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your device, your connection or your account being misused. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. When access ends
Your access ends when your employment or the relevant project contract ends, or if we close your account. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your information.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the dates at the top of this page and tell you about significant changes in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
