Delete your YW Architects app account

You can ask us to delete your YW Architects app account and the personal information linked to it at any time. You don't need to reinstall the app to do this.

How to request deletion

In the app: open Profile → Delete account and confirm.
On this page: fill in the form, or email privacy@ywarchitects.com from your registered email address.

What we delete

Your sign-in account
Your profile and profile photo
Your personal details (name, phone number, email address)
The devices saved to your account

What we have to keep, and why

Invoices and payment records - kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently up to 8 years).
Project documents and drawings - they belong to YW Architects or to the client under the project contract, so they stay with the project.
Attendance and leave records (employees) - kept for the period required by labour law and our HR policy.

Once those periods end, the records are deleted.

How long it takes

We confirm your request within 2 working days.
Your account and personal details are deleted within 30 days.

Employees leaving YW Architects

When you leave, HR closes your account. Your records are kept and then deleted as described above and in our Privacy Policy.
